The minimum personal qualifications vary depending on which concept is proposed for development. In general, we require you to have a minimum net worth of $1,000,000, and liquid assets of at least $250,000. You must also be able to demonstrate the necessary financial resources to secure a loan from a lender or additional investors sufficient to support the development of the restaurant. Additionally, you must be able to demonstrate the necessary background and/or experience necessary to effectively manage a business.
